- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆June 22, 2019, by Kat SykesTerrible place to shop. I used to love Sears, but they have gone downhill. Junky, messy store with no customer service. Stood in line for checkouts for over 15 minutes. One cashier doing credit application, another working very slowly. Waited so long, we finally left before purchasing. Line up behind us was 10 people long and growing and no more help coming for cashiers. Won't go back. It's no wonder the stores are closing!
