Danielle, the most angry and horrible employee, who is working in the dressing room right now, has absolutely NO customer service. I’ve never heard of anyone making someone put all their clothes back in before trying on another set of clothes. Given the fact that you can only try on 8 items at one time, I had two sets of clothes to try on. One set of 8 and another set of 4. I was rudely told to bring clothes back, on the hanger and faced the correct way... which I already thought was strange for someone who works in the dressing room to say. I mean, I get that you want your job to be easy, but actually telling customers how to do YOUR job is a little insane... but, okay, fine. Now, when I tried on my last dress in the set of 8, I took all 7 of the other clothes out and was going to exchange the one I was trying on for the other 4 items in my cart... which would still be only 5 items totally, still within the 8. No one likes to put ALL their clothes back on, come out, exchange and then take off all your clothes to try on more clothes again! This horrible lady, Danielle, with ZERO customer service, actually looked at me and said I had to take off what I was trying on before she would exchange my clothes out for the next set. I CLEARLY had all 8 items out... CLEARLY. I’ve NEVER had this happen at any other Ross Store, or any other store in general! I was shocked! And then she had the audacity to just sit there, smirk and hand me back the set of clothes. I guess this is what I get for going to Ross is Everett, WA! The lady, Danielle, shouldn’t be in customer service if she has to smirk at people and make everything about their shopping a bad experience. Again, I’ve shopped at many Ross Stores, I do this all the time and I’ve NEVER had an issue... except with this horribly rude lady with terrible customer service, Danielle. I think she needs a Snickers Bar or something ;) maybe she was just Hangry.
