  (Posting on behalf of my mother-in-law) The stone that we eventually received is beautiful and just as we ordered. However, the communication throughout was nonexistent. Most frustrating and distressing to a family in mourning was the lack of communication. This included rescheduling the headstone unveiling when we were assured that the stone would be ready by the end of November. Because we called to verify a week in advance, we discovered that the wrong stone had been ordered causing a 2 month delay. No communication from the company at all. Months later I am still waiting for the promised call from the owner to discuss our situation.

  Pacific coast is one of the best in the country for custom work at a reasonable price. No rushing. They really want eveything to be right for you. They move forward when your ready. 80+ years in business and for a reason.
