Vlad quickly consulted us on options and committed to a range of dates to do the work. He got it done exactly on schedule. We exceeded his estimate slightly because my unit was totally cluttered (other projects in work) when he was taking initial measurements. Vlad was totally transparent about the scope change and worked with me on a discount for the additional work. The floors and baseboards are fantastic. They did an amazing job. Next time I have a flooring project, I will definitely go to Vlad for my first bid.
