I then reached out to Jerry the owner and he was very helpful. He worked with me in every way possible to keep me as a customer and be sure that I ended up happy in the end. I want to applaud his service and loyalty he made to me as a customer. I have a wonderful working lawn mower and will always recommend Greenshields. A company that still cares about their customers is always going to win with me! It's a great place to take any business that they may be able to help you with.
