  Tldr: they sell overpriced, poor quality merchandise without support I bought a set of couches worth a few thousand dollars from these guys. Within 2 years of normal use, the leather (they didn't tell me the poor quality of the leather) began to peel. Too bad, I was told. They won't consider repair or replacement because I am outside of their 1 year warranty. Their overpriced protection plan - which I also bought- didn't cover fabric issues so likewise out of luck. In short, if you want to spend $3000 on a couch that will only last you two years, these are your guys. If you want something reliable or a company that stands behind their products, best look elsewhere.
