  I actually love this store, there is a great cashier there who is always fun to talk with, so i'll rate this three stars, however last night, I experienced the worst service ever. I was with my parents and my father needed the rest room and the cashier told him there wasnt a public restroom. My father got upset, because of the medical condition he has and it makes situations difficult, he wasnt mad at her, or the store, just the situation. But this cashier, "Anastasia" blonde girl, had a nasty attitude towards him as soon as he left the store to use the Albertsons restrooms. As soon as he was out of ear shot, she scoffed at that conversation and she walked away, verbally saying "Some customers oh my god." When confronted about it, my mother told her he has a medical condition and that there was absolutely no need for the comments she was making of him. She was advised to apologize to him, and Anastasia seemed to understand quite nicely that she was in trouble and we had heard her. By the time we ended our shopping, my father returned to the store to meet up with us, we were checking out, and before we left, we asked her for that apology and she began to play the "I have no idea what you are talking about." after a couple minutes, she said, "I said I had no customers." so I pointed out that that was in fact not what she had said, so she turns to ME and yells, "THEN WHAT DID I SAY!?" She's trying to cover her own ass in retail playing "I'm the cashier". I personally am a cashier. I worked for Walmart, i'm working in Lowes, and i see assholes every day, but I would NEVER act that way with customers at work ever. She was out of line, and I better not see her working there anymore. I come in almost daily. That male cashier knows me pretty well, he loves it when I come in, he greets me every time, always makes me and my friend laugh with his humor, but this Anastasia put a bad rep. on that store. I want her fired or transferred out of this store now.
