  I had difficulty finding someone to service my gas-log fireplace. When I called CM Heating, I was assured that they could do it, and I was not disappointed. Scheduling was easy, and communication on the day of service was very thorough. My service technician, John, was very polite, patiently explaining how things worked and how to keep the fireplace running smoothly and safely. He also kept the area very clean. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience. Thanks!

  I can't say enough about the service you receive from CM Heating. Beau arrived on a 17° morning to replace a thermostat which ended up being a blown furnace board and transformer from a recent power outage. He was so knowledgeable and patient. He explained choices I had, keeping costs reasonable. I am so impressed!!!
