  They handled the install perfectly and professionally. I have a 12 - 12 pitch ceiling and they managed to make this seemingly difficult install a breeze. The Avalon Cypress gas stove does a fantastic job of heating my main and upper level to perfection. Given the fact that ceilings are 26 feet high, they were correct when they told me that this was the stove for the job. Great job guys. VERY well done.

  I came to Anderson fire with only dimensions for my Lopi fire insert. Without a model number he went above and beyond to find me a custom size blower for my 1980’s insert. Had it ordered and delivered within a week. Very good customer service.
